Big Ass Bikini Prep Pancake

Are you ready for bikini season? Are you prepping for a competition? Sick of your everyday egg whites and oatmeal?
Same Macros or for my 21 Day Fixer's 1 Red 1 yellow and 1/2 purple
...
1/4 cup ground oats, 2/3 cup eggwhites, 1/4t baking soda, tiny pinch of salt, Stevia, cinnamon.
Mix dry and wet ingredients. Cook on a nonstick pan. Top with almond butter and heated frozen blueberries to make a "syrup"

Apple Cobbler Oatmeal

I made this oatmeal by accident when I was trying to make a healthy Apple Cobbler on Thanksgiving. It was so good, my distant family members who hate healthy food loved it!!!

Ingredients

1 small apple chopped
1/3 cup oats
1/4t cinnamon
1/4t vanilla
1t truvia brown sugar or pure maple syrup

Heat the apple and all ingredients except for oats in the microwave about 2 minutes or until soft. Add oats. Heat 4 oz of water or unsweetened vanilla almond milk for 1 minute and then pour over the oatmeal. Stir to combine and watch it turn into oatmeal. Can top with a drizzle of melted almond butter. Delish!!!
